is suitable for 2P parallel wire, electronic wire single head tinning/crimping and shell-through processing, wire insert the plastic plug. 
Suitable for 1.25terminal, 2.0 terminal, 2.5 terminal, etc. Cutting wire length 25mm-450mm 
Features: Automatic feeding, cutting, stripping(Peeling), Tin dipping, Hit the end, wearing shell(Insert plug)
The single head rubber shell machine can be used for 2P paralleling, single end tinning of two electronic wires, crimping, and shell through processing(Electronic wire can be different in length).
The cutting and stipping mechanism adopt the most stable and reliable structure. Greatly enhance the precision and stability of the machine's tangent and peeling.
Terminal crimping can be equipped with a pressure monitoring system, CCD monitoring system, and CPK value system. 
The pulling force of the rubber shell can be set according to the size of the wire, and the good and bad products can be automatically classified, counted, and placed.
The rubber casing machine adopts a modular structure, and different rubber casings only need to simply replace the vibrating plate, track and die.
The control mechanism adopts the parameterized control of the man-machine interface and can issue a terminal pull-out force curve analysis report; equipped with an ultra-high-definition vision system, it can realize real-time image display, comparison, and analysis of the products, and an alarm will be issued when the crimping is bad and automatically filtered defective product. This design greatly saves labor costs, guarantees product quality, and improves production efficiency.
